Why the name Earth to Soul Emporium?

The Roots of the Journey I have loved stones my entire life, but it wasn't until I experienced a massive heart attack & a major stroke in October 2021 that I understood their true power. When the world I knew—my career as a Dental Hygienist, my independence, & my clarity—was stripped away, I dove headfirst into the world of gemstones. I discovered that working with my hands wasn't just a craft; it was a clinical necessity. It became the lifeline for the "re-firing" of my brain, a way to map new neural pathways through the wreckage of the storm.

For two & a half years, I navigated a world that felt entirely unfamiliar. I had to learn how to walk, talk & how to think. I was breathing my way through the fog of recovery. But through that silence, I found an anchor. I returned to the stones. Things were now permanently shifted.

The Philosophy: Gaia & Frequency Earth to Soul Emporium was born from that "Rebirth." It is a testament to the fact that we are not defined by what happens to us, but by how we rise from the rubble.

Here, we believe in the ancient, nurturing intelligence of Gaia. I view stones not merely as objects, but as physical anchors for specific frequencies. When paired with music—the heartbeat of our human experience—these stones become tools for grounding, clearing, & reclaiming our power.

The Foundation: Science Meets Spirit My quiet years weren't just for rest; they were for deep study. I have spent thousands of hours learning about brain & mental health, childhood trauma, addictions, & Internal Family Systems (IFS). Most importantly, I studied The Body Keeps the Score by Bessel van der Kolk, which fundamentally changed how I view healing.

I took that understanding—the neurobiology of trauma—& bridged it with the ancient history of gems, metaphysics, & meditation. The foundation of the Emporium is built on a "Survivor Outlook" & proven wisdom. It is where the clinical mind of a Dental Hygienist meets the intuitive heart of a stone-weaver.

The Bibliography: My Map Through the Fog For those close to me (or maybe far), you have heard me talk about my "Bibliography." It’s a mountain of pages in all shapes, sizes, & colours—written in everything that worked when my brain couldn't process the standard way. It is a collection of notes, "secret codes," & echoes of the authors & thinkers who kept me going when the fog was thickest.

I am finally ready to share this Master Bibliography. It is the roadmap that helped me find my way back to focus, & it is the heart of what I now offer to you.
